Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing a Siga Tribal Gift Card.

Our Gift Cards are designed to make gifting simple while ensuring a transparent shopping experience. Please read the following terms before purchasing or redeeming your Gift Card.

Validity

Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any remaining balance cannot be redeemed.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

Redeem your Gift Card by entering your unique Gift Card Code during checkout. The Gift Card value will be deducted from the total value of eligible products in your cart.

Eligible Products

Gift Cards can be used on any available item in the Siga Tribal collection, including sale items.

Shipping Costs

Gift Cards apply to the value of products only. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and are not included in the Gift Card value.

Remaining Balance

If your order total is lower than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance may be reissued as a new Gift Card Code upon request.

Custom Orders

Gift Cards may also be used toward a Custom Order.

Custom pieces must be based on designs from our existing collection and require a minimum production time of 4 weeks, depending on demand and availability.

Non-Refundable

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Lost or Shared Gift Card Codes

Please keep your Gift Card Code secure. Siga Tribal cannot be responsible for unauthorized use of a Gift Card Code that has been lost, shared, or disclosed by the recipient.
